Shipping policy

We deliver plant orders New Zealand-wide.

Orders are carefully packed and shipped through our trusted grower and fulfilment network. Delivery is usually 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the recipient’s location.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate and shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Because plants are living products, delivery timeframes may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays or plant availability. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
